Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@automaattikiekko.fi. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions and the return address by email. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of a voluntary return. Please don't send the item back without a return request — we don't accept items returned without a request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, make it right, and also cover the return postage.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@automaattikiekko.fi.
