Delivery and returns

We deliver automatic discs to a parcel locker anywhere in Finland via Posti. Delivery is free on all orders, and the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the order.

Returns

You have a 30-day right of return from the receipt of the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, send a message to info@automaattikiekko.fi. You will receive return instructions and the return address by email once the return request has been approved. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of a voluntary return (if the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the costs). Do not send the product without a return request.

We will refund the payment to the same payment method within 14 days of the return being approved.
